Robert Nickey

In facilitating business collaboration he has over 30 years of experience in the areas of finance and strategic planning within the banking, service and government contracting industries. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Susquehanna University, a Master in Business Administration degree from Philadelphia University, a Master in Research from the University of Liverpool. In addition, he is a doctoral candidate in the University of the Potomac's Doctor of Business Administration program, focusing his research on the impact of corporate social responsibility on small business competitive advantage.

Also, he has over 15 years of academic experience teaching  undergraduate and graduate students at University of Maryland, Global Campus, Mount St. Mary’s University, Shippensburg University, Wilson College and Harrisburg Area Community College. He currently is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Management in the Sigmund Weis School of Business at Susquehanna University.

Rob has been active in the  community serving as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Delaplaine Visual Arts Education Center, Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, the YMCA of Frederick County and the Weinberg Center for the Arts. Also, he has served on the Board of Directors of the Tourism Council and the Maryland Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves on the Finance Committee of the Mental Health Association of Frederick County.
